Boilers are one of the most important appliances in your house that require good professional maintenance. If your boiler is not in full working order or has been neglected then there is a high risk of breakdown or the leaking of the poisonous carbon monoxide fumes.
To ensure that your boiler is safe IJS Trade Services provide boiler servicing starting from £90*. This will include:
2 hour time slots.
Courtesy call/text with ETA.
Full visual inspection of flue, ventilation & appliance.
Full safety check (including all safety devices).
Strip and clean as necessary*.
Flue gas analysis checking carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide levels.
Gas pressures and gas rates checked.
Full radiator check.
System water quality check.
Digital service certificate instantly sent to email on completion.
Free annual service reminder.
(*with modern boilers stripping and cleaning may require seals and parts which is not included and further charges may be incurred.)
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours notice must be given or a £70 cancellation fee will be applicable.
Boiler Repairs
Broken boilers can be extremely inconvenient whether it be a troublesome water leak or to an outage of a central heating system. Just drop us a message by hitting the button below giving as much information on the detail of your fault and we will get back to you as soon as possible with advice. Here at IJS Trade Services, we do not charge for call-outs, we only charge for work carried out.
On diagnosis of your fault we will give you a no-obligation quotation.
(There is a small diagnosis fee if for any reason the job does not go ahead or the quotation is not accepted.)
Minimum charge £75 (first hour).
